We work hard to run on time because we never want you to feel rushed or kept waiting; however, as with any medical procedure, there can be unpredictability. Please schedule appointments when you can fully enjoy the process, and communicate any needs or timing concerns with our team — we will always do our best to accommodate.

To honor both your schedule and our providers’ time, we kindly ask that any cancellations or reschedules be made at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. A credit card is required at the time of booking, and by scheduling, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
